كبة السلق الكبة السورية الساحلية _ Kibbeh chard, the coastal Syrian kibbeh

* مقادير العجينة :

* Dough ingredients:
- 2 كوب ونصف برغل ناعم .

- 2 cups and a half of fine bulgur.
- ملعقة شاي ملح .

- A teaspoon of salt.
- 1 كوب طحين أو اقل حسب الحاجة .

- 1 cup flour or less as needed.
*  مقادير الحشوة :

* Filling ingredients:
- كاسة شاي من زيت الزيتون .

- A tea cup of olive oil.
- 2 بصل حجم كبير .

- 2 large onions.
- ملعقة ونصف شاي من الملح .

- One and a half teaspoon of salt.
- ملعقة طعام معرمة من معجون الفليلفة .

- A tablespoon full of red capsicum paste.
- ملعقة شاي بابريكا او فليلفلة ناشفة .

- A teaspoon of paprika or dried capsicum.
- 2 باقة سلق .

- 2 bundles of chard.
* مقادير التتبلية :

* Sauce ingredients :
- راس من الثوم المهروس.

- A head of mashed garlic.
- ملعقة شاي ملح .

- A teaspoon of salt.
- 2 ملعقة طعام معرمين من  معجون الفليلفة .

- 2 tablespoons full of red capsicum paste.
- 1/4 كوب من الماء.

- 1/4 cup of water.
- 200 غرام من الجوز ( اختياري ) .

- 200 grams of walnuts (optional).
- عصير 2 ليمونة ونصف .

- Juice of 2 and a half lemons.
- كاسة شاي زيت زيتون أو حسب الرغبة .

- A tea cup of olive oil or as desired.
* 2 لتر ماء لسلق الكبة .

* 2 liters of water to boil the kibbeh.
* ملعقة طعام ملح خشن صخري او ملح طاولة عادي حسب المتوفر

* 1 tablespoon coarse rock salt or regular table salt, as available
