Shortbread is so named because of its crumbly texture.
This Shortbread Rose Cookie dipped in Chocolate and coated with Rose petals inside and outside both are giving the extra edge.

Ingredients-

1Cup Flour
100g butter( unsalted)
1/4 Cup+ 2tbsp Sugar
1tbsp Rose water
1 /2 Cup Dry rose petals
1/2tsp salt
1/2 Cup white chocolate

*If you are taking salted butter skip salt
