How to improve your search results on the NHS jobs and NHS Scotland websites - An IMG guide.

In this video I am trying to explain the method of searching for the junior level NHS jobs via salary range on the NHS jobs website and hopefully getting a better results.
IMGs struggle to understand the different titles of non-training posts like for example the Clinical fellows, LAS, SHO, trust doctor, CT/ST equivalent. So they often don’t apply widely enough.
