Life is Strange True Colors
Life is Strange True Colors has 29 Collectibles Locations (25 Memory Locations & 4 Side Quest Locations). This Collectible Guide includes all of them and will get you all trophies including platinum.
Every single Collectible and Side Quest unlocks its own trophy.
To collect the memories you must hold L2+X (LB+A). None of the Collectibles are missable, there's Chapter Select after the story and it also has a Scene Select through which you can quickly jump through sub-chapters. You can see how many you found by looking at Chapter Select or via the Trophy List / Achievement List (because each item unlocks a trophy it's easy to track).
IMPORTANT: The trophy "Haven Historian" for finding all Collectibles (and thus the Platinum/1000GS) can only be earned while playing online, so that the game can upload your choices to the servers. It’s unobtainable offline! All other trophies can be earned offline. You just need to go online before the final Memory, it’s okay to collect the first 24 offline.
