How to fix Samsung Syncmaster T220HD ?

How to repair Samsung SyncMaster T220HD?

It is about 2 things:
1) an electrolytic capacitor has been expanded along itself. The capasitor has a bulge on its top.
Is it a bad capacitor or an underpowered device? Who knows...

2) and a glass diode has been destroyed.
But the most of samsung's monitors are suffering from a bad(or wrong size) capacitor.

As promised befor, today monday I have soldered a new capacitor 220uF/16V, the same length but a bit bigger diameter than the original one .
