In October 2023, Sam and I decided to camp at the Caddo Lake State Park, hoping to see some alligators that live in these bayous! What ensued was an incredibly memorable camping trip where we cooked some of our favorite Indian delicacies, canoed in 115F heat, rain tested our Gazelle camping tent and ate alligator meat!
