Ultimate "Amish" Ford (Stall, Low Power, Misfire...)

This well-worn Ford F250 has been around the block at 220k miles. After a recent engine swap, it never ran right since. Main customer complaints are a very HARD COLD START, STALLING and LOW POWER. Customer says that this truck is primarily used for Amish worker transportation, and it's on a really tight budget.
