The hip joint is surrounded by many muscles and ligaments, and when the muscles and fascia surrounding the joint become tense, they can pull the joint higher, which leads to leg length discrepancy. This condition is often caused by excessive sitting without performing the right stretches to counteract the negative one sided effects.
