1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon flour
4-5 bay leaves (optional)
