Amazon account FIXED: "There was a problem. We cannot find an account with that email address."

Here are a few hint, tips, & tricks on how I personally got my Amazon account back up and running. Getting Amazon account reinstated after the #AmazonClosed hack, which was not a hack.  Just a very poorly crafted way they are going through taking accounts down due to policy violations.
