"Beef Plov (beef rice pilaf) is one of the most delicious pilafs I have ever tried. In Russia, meat pilaf is known as 'plov' and is made with long-grain white rice and boneless chunks of lamb. Plov is a popular method for using rice in Eastern Europe and around the world."
In Iran, we make pilaf like this! It is very delicious. I enjoyed a hot cup of tea in this snowy weather.

Ingredients for cooking Russian pilaf with meat:
Stew beef or beef fillet: 300 to 400 grams
Chopped onions: 2 pieces
Grated carrots: 3 medium-sized pieces
Chopped parsley: 1 teaspoon
Garlic: 1 head
Hot water: 3-4 cups
Rice: 3 cups
Spices: salt, pepper, turmeric, and bay leaf
These amounts of ingredients serve 4 people.
