Cansu Canan Özgen was born on September 23, 1989, in Istanbul. She graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mining Engineering. During her internship, she spent five weeks working underground in a coal mine with the miners.
She is also a graduate of the Dialog Communication Announcing-Hosting course, founded by Can Gürzap and Arsen Gürzapolan. She started her hosting career on BJK TV and later moved to Habertürk TV. She hosted news segments between 2013-2018. She appeared on screens with the program "Öteki Gündem," which discussed historical topics. In 2018, she left Habertürk TV and joined A Haber. After presenting weekend news segments for a while, Özgen moved to the A Para channel of the same broadcasting group at the beginning of 2019. She appeared on screens with the "Gündem Dışı" program broadcasted on Friday nights. Leaving A Para channel on August 1, 2019, Özgen continued her career on TV8 with the program "8'de Bugün." Cansu Canan Özgen also creates content for her own YouTube channel. Besides hosting, she writes books on history and participates in seminars.

So who is Cansu Canan Özgen?
