هل يعقل ضباب يروي عطش قرى في المغرب ويغير حياتهم ومعاناتهم ( الحاجة أم الاختراع )
نظرا لقلة الأمطار وندرتها في بعض قرى المغرب ، مثل قرية إقليم سيدي إفني الساحلي، بجنوب المملكة المغربية ، مما تسبب بشح في مياه الشرب ، حيث يعاني
أهل هذه القرى من قلة المياه الصالحة للشرب ، ويعانون من الحصول على الماء حيث يقطعون مسافات طويلة تقدر بعشرات الكيلومترات يوميا للحصول على الماء من الآبار البعيدة جدا يقدر فوق ال3 ساعات يوميا ونقله إلى القرية ، ولكن تمتاز هذه القرى بكثافة الضباب المحيط بها .
فلجأوا إلى طريقة رائعة للحصول على ماء الشرب من الضباب الكثيف ، الذي يغطي القرى في معظم السنة ، مثل منطقة أيت باعمران الغنية بالضباب الكثيف ، المشروع كان وليدة فكرة الدكتور عيسى الدرهم الذي تبنى الفكرة من حكم اطلاعه على مشروع في كندا لشركة فوج كويست المتخصصة في مجال تجميع وحصد الضباب وإشراف جمعية دار سي حماد للتنمية ، حيث عانى السكان من قلة المياه في هذه المناطق .
هذا المشروع الذي يعمل على حصد الضباب الذي يتبلور على الشبكات ويحولها لماء ، والذي يروي خمساً من قرى الإقليم جنوب أغادير على ساحل المحيط الأطلسي ، تعتمد تقنية حصد الضباب
على وجود شبكات يتم نصبها على ارتفاعات عالية فوق الــ 1000 متر فوق سطح البحر وفوق قمم الجبال ، تصمم بحيث يكون لها القدرة على تجميع وحجز رطوبة الضباب وتحويلها للماء ، يتم تجميعه وتصفيته ليستخدم لأغراض الشرب والطهي
والري ، حيث تجمع هذه الشبكات ما يقارب عشره ونصف لتر من الماء لكل متر مربع من الشبكة ، وتخرج المياه صالحة للشرب بإضافات بعض الأملاح
إليها ، حيث تجمع المياه في بئر وخزانات تجميع ثم تنقل من خلال أنابيب إلى القرى
شروط نجاح المشروع يرتبط بثلاثة أمور:
1- توفر الضباب الكثير وبكميات كبيرة وهو موجود ومتوافر في المغرب 168 يوما في بعض القرى .
2- توفر ضغط جوي عالي في محيط مائي ذات مياه باردة.
3- حاجز طبيعي من قبل الجبال يكون ارتفاعه من 400 إلى 600 متر فوق مستوى سطح البحر.
ويتكون الشبك الذي يجمع الضباب من مادة البولي بروبلين المعروف بحساسيتها لالتقاط الرطوبة من الضباب ويتم تجميع الضباب ، ثم مرحلة الترشيح والتصفية

The success of the project is linked to three things:
