Building a Tensile Tester the Easy (Lazy) Way!

Today I want to build a tensile testing rig to measure the strength of 3D printing filaments.  But I'm real lazy, so I want to do it without actually doing a lot of work.  I have an idea that should make it quick and simple.  Let's give it a try.
