Yellow mustard seed - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Roasted fenugreek seed - 1 tsp
Fennel - 2 tbsp
Heeng - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 2 tbsp to taste
Mustard oil - 1cup (250ml)
