Anterior pelvic tilt(APT) is caused by  the hip flexors muscles & lower back muscles tightness ,and weakness of (Lengthening) abdomen and glutes and hamstring muscles ).This lead to an increased lower spine curvature,which is called hyperlordosis,

Anterior pelvic tilt is caused by excessive sitting or lack of physical activity. It affects posture and the shape of the spine, and may lead to other symptoms.

Causes of Anterior pelvic tilt(APT)
-Muscles imbalance
-long sitting
- poor posture
- hunch back posture
- sedentary lifestyle

Symptoms of anterior pelvic tilt(APT)
- back pain
-Upper back pain
- Thigh AND LEG Pain
-Morning stiffness.
-Muscles fatigue during work.

Stretches For Anterior Pelvic Tilt.(APT)
-Quardiceps Muscles stretch
- Hip Flexors Stretch
- Child pose stretch
- Camel Cat stretch
