Greetings! With Autumn now upon
Greetings! With Autumn now upon us and the cool air finally arriving in my area and the fall holidays soon approaching, what better time could there be then to make a pile of warm spiced pumpkin waffles?
These are amazing! Pair them with a scoop of cinnamon butter, http://bit.ly/1aSkhuV , and a drizzle of maple syrup and you are in heaven. Guild the lily a bit by serving these with some thick cut salty, applewood smoked bacon and you are in for a serious taste treat!
These waffles are perfect for breakfast, brunch or even a snack! Top a hot waffle with pumpkin ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce http://bit.ly/1aSr0VR for an amazing dessert for two!
This recipe rendered enough batter to make 10 waffles in my large round waffle iron. You may have a different result if you have a different iron. I allowed the extras to cool and then packaged them individually and popped them in the freezer. My girls just pull one out put it in either the microwave or the toaster oven and enjoy before school in the morning.
