Let's Paint a Quirky Bird - How to use Watercolor and Pencils to achieve this Playful, Colorful Look

This whacky and fanciful bird
This whacky and fanciful bird was created in two main steps - a watercolor background using Kuretake Gansai Tambi paints, and a watercolor pencil layer of doodling embellishment using Derwent Inktense pencils. Finally I added a few touches and tidied it up a bit with a white Uniball Signo gel pen.
