The croffle recipe was discovered in 2015 in a video posted by the American magazine Food & Wine. Then the French chef Louise Lennox, based in Dublin,  proposed different recipes around this product. But it is only in 2017, that the croffle knowned a real success in Korea, especially thanks to social networks!
