I will try to transform these bottles into something that looks like cotton wool, synthetics, yarn.
The molten PET mass will flow down on the rotating heated disk under the influence of gravity. I do not have a screw feed. A material in a molten state is somewhat similar to water. I think it will drain perfectly into the spray. Then it will be scattered into the finest threads. Fibers in a tangled state should create a material similar to yarn or synthetic winterizer.
Unfortunately, there is not enough space in the workshop, I will make a collapsible machine. Here are the tripods found in landfills. These are non-working tripods and have been discarded a long time ago. These are tripods from Soviet lighting devices and professional video cameras.
There are other technologies, more working, unfortunately in May, the laboratory will not allow such experiments. A nozzle is placed in the extruder from the hot side and pressure is supplied by a compressor. Thus, the polymer is sprayed into the finest fibers. I would love to try this technology.
I will try this material for fire safety. The material melts but does not burn. Excellent

Maybe I did something wrong. Maybe the rotation speed of the sprayer is not enough or there must be a screw feed?
