Lectric XP or Rattan Fat Bear Plus eBike | Which 28mph eBike is better?

The Lectric XP is a very popular eBike and in previous reviews I mentioned it would be nice to have the XP, but with a few extra features. In comes the Rattan Fat Bear Plus, an eBike very similar to the XP, but with all the features many of us have asked for - and some extras. Hydraulic disc brakes, a better optimized gearing setup, front suspension, etc. Plus, the Fat Bear Plus has I-PAS power regeneration. This video covers many of the questions I receive daily contrasting the two.
