Ingredients:
8-10 Tokwa
2 Eggs
salt and pepper to taste
for coating:
Cornstarch or
Bread Crumbs or (both)
Sauce:
6-8 cloves Garlic
6 tbsp Sugar
1 stalk leeks/spring onions
5 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Soy Sauce (5tbsp)
2 tbsp Vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Cornstarch + 3/4 cup Water
Few drops of Sesame Oil
Garnish:
Spring Onion/Leeks
