This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. After joining TEDxTokyo volunteer activities and starting his own TEDxKids@Chiyoda community, he found out 5 important points in community management.

He is a TEDxer, TEDster, TEDx speaker, TEDxKids@Chiyoda Founder & Curator, VOLOCITEE Inc Founder & CEO. / He was born in Tokyo on July 7th in 1979. When he was 20 years old, he launched the startup with his friends and he pursued a career as a programmer for 14 years. In 2009, he got big impacts for him and he decided to change his life. Soon after that, he applied to TEDxTokyo as a volunteer, since then, he step into the TEDx world. He has learned a lot of things such as TEDx principle and rules from TEDxTokyo activity, now he has involved in over 30 TEDx including overseas. Finally he founded the first TEDxKids(TEDxKids@Tokyo) in Japan on October in 2011 and he founded new TEDx organizing only TEDxKids(TEDxKids@Chiyoda) in Japan in 2012. He founded new startup VOLOCITEE Inc., and now he’s focusing to develop online platform connecting challenger to creative community like TEDx, it’s called “VOLOCITEE”.

About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
