I spent an afternoon with some real estate agents to see what level of quality I could expect from Constrac in terms of quality. Constrac has been operating on the Brazilian real estate market since 1981 and this is one of the residential buildings they finished constructing in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

When you buy a unit in a project built (na planta), it will not be 100% ready for you to move into or rent out. You will be able to make your own final touches.
