In this video we look Slasher, which is an organic weed killer. We test Slasher on a range of weeds, show the product at work and review the results. This weed killer is an alternative to products such as Roundup and others that use Glyphosate as the active ingredient.
The active ingredient is Nonanoic acid (also known as Pelargonic acid) which occurs naturally in plants. It is said to biodegrade in 3 days and leave no lasting results.
In the soil Slasher Weedkiller biodegrades within three days and leaves no lasting residue.
Nonanoic acid can be a irritant to the skin and eye so protective clothing and goggle should be used as per the safety instruction on the packaging.
