How to downgrade cuphead for devilish cheats

If you want to downgrade any other game go to https://steamdb.info/ then type the game you want to downgrade into the search bar copy the app id into a text document then click on depots and click on the one for your operating system and then copy the depot id into the notepad go to manifests and then copy the manifest id to the note pad then go to the console and then type download_depot then the app id then the depot id then the manifest id then go to your steam folder then steamapps then content then app_ [the app id] then copy the files to your games file folder and then your done!
