I "fixed" this cheap Chinese tool

I was sick of manual tool changes on my DIY CNC Milling machine, so I bought this cheap BT30 spindle with automatic tool change capability from AliExpress on impulse. It wasn't long before I started to regret it. Watch me stumble my way through two (2) attempts at taper grinding, and finally settle for a barbaric final solution.
