Melted butter - 100g
Oil - 50ml
Sour cream or yogurt - 3tbsp
Baking powder - 2tsp
Cinnamon - 1tsp
Walnuts & almonds

Victoria sandwich:
Butter - 225g
Caster sugar  - 225g
Vanilla sugar or extract - 1 tsp
Eggs - 4
Plain flour - 225g
Baking powder - 2tsp

Cheese cake dessert :
Cream cheese  - 200g
Caster sugar  - 50g
Vanilla sugar or extract - 1 tsp
Eggs - 1
Cornstarch - 1tbsp
Milk - 50ml

Scones :
Plain flour - 500g
Caster sugar  - 80g
Vanilla sugar or extract - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 4tsp
Butter - 50g
Milk - 200ml
Eggs - 2
