A giant cookie using only one pan? Sign me up! Reese virtually bakes a giant cookie with Sprinkles founder Candace Nelson.

**COOKIE SKILLET RECIPE**
-Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
-In a 10 or 12 inch cast iron skillet, melt butter over medium heat stirring often, until melted. Turn heat to low and add sugar and brown sugar, stirring well. Keep stirring until sugar is melted and mixture is combined.
-Chill for 10-15 minutes in the fridge before adding the eggs.
-Remove from refrigerator, add egg, egg yolk and vanilla and stir well. Do not put the mixture back on the heat
-Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
-Mix in chocolate chips and stir to combine. Pat the cookie down evenly and press into the sides of the pan.
-Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cookie is golden brown.
-Top with vanilla bean ice cream and eat warm.
