Sweety has a nightmare, and she wakes up screaming for her mother. However, as Sandhya has exams, she sends her friend, Simran aka Sim, to take care of Sandhya’s family. Meanwhile, Chulbuli thinks that since Sandhya is taking her exams, she won’t be able to help her family, and so decides to trouble them. She disguises as Masterji and kidnaps Sweety. The real Masterji comes to meet Sonu, and Sonu wonders where Sweety has disappeared.

The story revolves around the three children of Vishnu, and his late wife, Sandhya. When the children get naughty, Mrs. Anand, the grandmother, decides to ship them off to a hostel. Sad, the children pray for their mother to be returned to them, and miraculously, their prayers are answered. Sandhya comes back as an angel with magical powers. Gili Gappa showcases the hilarious situations where Sandhya and the children battle everyday situations and occasionally, bad witches and wizards.
