- 6 leaves of basil
- 500g tomato paste
- 10g salt
- 5g nutmeg
- 5g pepper
- 250ml beef stock
Bechamel sauce
- 60g butter
- 70g flour
- 10g salt
- 750ml milk
- cheese
- pepper, paprika powder and basil to garnish
