Joystick Sensitivity - Microsoft Flight Simulator

Fixing the overly sensitive joystick settings in Microsoft Flight Simulator.  I used the Logitech Attack 3 in this video, but the information is valid for all joysticks.  Here are my settings found through trial and error:

Joystick L-Axis X
Sensitivity: -40%
Dead Zone: 10%

Joystick L-Axis Y
Sensitivity: -80%
Dead Zone: 10%

You may find that different settings work better for you.
