Vallejo pledges to continue reforming its police department

California Attorney General Rob Bonta announced on Monday that the California Department of Justice entered a stipulated judgment with the City of Vallejo and the Vallejo Police Department (VPD) regarding reforms to police policies and practices. KRON4's Charles Clifford reports.
