The Argali Carbon Knife is an ultralight, backcountry hunting knife designed for hunters that want a single knife to be able to cut up an entire elk without needing to be re-sharpened. Made from S35VN Stainless Steel, the Carbon knife will hold an edge for an incredibly long time, but isn't so hard that it cannot be field honed. S35VN is considered a "super-steel" based on it's ability to stay sharp, but also be maleable enough to be sharpened with any standard sharpening device.
