Contact angle polymeric surfaces; from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity

Polymeric surfaces are so various that they are used for both hydrophilic and hydrophobic applications. Contact angle method is a standard test to identify this quality. The shape of water drop and its angle as results of this test can categorize the polymeric surfaces to 4 types which are able to be modified or adjusted by using different nanoparticles.
