 * Potatoes.. 2 large ( cut into cubes )
 * Cauliflower.. 1 small
 * Carrot + green beans + peas.. 1.5 cup
 * Spring onion. 1 / 4 cup
Ginger garlic paste.. 1 tsp
Onion..  2 medium ( finely sliced )
Tomato..  1 medium ( chopped )
Cumin seeds.. 1 tsp
Cloves.. 3
Green cardamom.. 3
Coriander seeds.. 1/2 tsp
Black pepper.. 10 to 12
Cinnamon sticks.. 3
Red chilli powder.. 1and1/2 tsp
Salt.. to taste
Coriander powder.. 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder.. 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder.. 1/2 tsp
Mace nutmeg powder.. 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves.. 1/4 cup
Mint leaves.. 1/4 cup
Green chillies.. 4
Orange Food color.. 1/4 tsp
Keweera water.. 1 tbsp
Cooking oil.. 1/2 cup

For Rice:
Basmati Rice.. 3cup (washed & Soaked
                          for 1/2hr)
Cumin seeds.. 1 tsp
Bay leaves.. 2
Green chillies.. 4 to 6
Salt.. 2 tbsp (full)
