'Prisneyland' Part II: California shifts from punishment to rehabilitation

In California's effort to fundamentally change how it operates its prisons, two prisons are operating under a trial program that puts the focus on rehabilitating prisoners to cut down on recidivism. NBC's Steve Patterson takes us into a women's facility to find out how and if the program is effective.
