Appalachian Student Research Forum 2023

The Appalachian Student Research Forum is an annual gathering that showcases the scholarly and creative achievements of a diverse range of participants, including dual enrollment, undergraduate, graduate, recent graduates, medical students, post-doctoral fellows, and medical residents. Since its inception in 1985 as a program within the Medical School with only 19 participants, the Forum has evolved significantly. In 2023, it drew over 200 participants from colleges and universities across the Southern Appalachia region, representing a broad spectrum of disciplines.
