The Roland P-20HD Video Instant
The Roland P-20HD Video Instant Replayer provides an easy, affordable way to create real-time or slow-motion instant replays for live sports productions without highly sophisticated computer systems. With seamless integration between most Roland A/V switchers and HDMI camcorders and cameras, the P-20HD transforms everyday sports productions into experiences that will keep fans on the edge of their seats.
With user-friendly controls and an integrated color LCD, you can easily cue up replays of important action and let fans relive in the moment, either on your streaming feed or live event screens—or both at once. Plus, playback clips at various speeds thanks to the speed control lever.
You can also record and replay at the same time while layering graphics and images on top of recorded clips. Add music or voiceover files to your SD card and playback on cue to pump up the crowd or share a sponsor’s message. You’re also able to adjust each clip’s volume, button behavior, and fade and loop settings.
Relive the greatest moments of the game with highlight and training reels without the time-consuming process of video editing. By adding multiple clips to a playlist, you can recap the best plays to share after the event, online, or allow coaches and players to study the game.
For a slimmed-down setup, use the P-20HD as a standalone solution as a two-channel switcher and playback device using two cameras. For a more robust setup, connect your switcher’s program video output to the P-20HD and send the Replay Output to your live stream, recording, or display. And if you’re using an AUX output, you can choose which camera to output to the P-20HD and send the Replay Output back to an HDMI input on your switcher.
