‘Do Not Speak’: Kidnapper Bradley Yohn Interrupts Judge When He Sentences Him to 130 Years in Prison

A judge sentenced Illinois man Bradley Yohn to 130 years in prison for carjacking, kidnapping, and sexually assaulting a 77-year-old woman during a home invasion in November 2021. Yohn represented himself during the trial — and a jury swiftly convicted him of the charges. While the judge was issuing his sentence, Yohn interrupted the judge several times making comments about “evidence” in the case. “Do not speak, Mr. Yohn,” the judge repeated multiple times.
