Adding a Retired Train to the City

With the tiers now done, focus moved to the train track and powered functions.  I have always liked the freight trains so picked up thie retired set for a go.  Underestimated how much track came in the box so should now have enough of that, but also didn't expect how much fun the build would be.

Thinks are progressing in the city finally.
