Tsukune Donburi (Teriyaki Flavor) Hello everyone. Do you know “Tsukune” ? Tsukune is one of popular food in Japan. Tsukune is made from ground chicken, and very tasty. Let’s cook together !! Ingredients ・600g ground chicken ・15g ginger ・20cm white onion ・4g salt ・40cc sake ・20g potato starch ・24g sugar ・40cc sake ・40cc mirin ・50cc soy sauce ・20g sesame Recipe ・Grate the ginger. ・Cut the radish sprouts. ・Chop the white onion. ・Ground chicken, salt, sake, grated ginger and chopped white onion, mix well. ・Add potato starch, and mix well. ・Arrange them on an oiled frying pan and cook.  Medium heat ,about 3 minutes. the mixture nicely. ・Flip them.  Cover and change to low heat, about 5~6 minutes. ・Remove the lid. Then add sugar, sake, mirin and soy sauce. ・Change to medium heat and coat them with the sauce. ・Add the sesame. ・Serve the rice in a bowl.  Put Tsukune on the rice.
