A simple meal with bags
A simple meal with bags of taste and loads of flavour suitable for the whole family.
INGREDIENTS
3 110g cans John West Grilled Sardines (Natural ¬ With No Added Brine)
450g new potatoes, cleaned
2 tsp grain mustard
100g peas cooked
25g butter
PREPARATION METHOD
1.To prepare our Grilled Sardines Recipe preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6.
2.Place the potatoes in a pan of salted water.
3.Bring to the boil and allow them to cook until tender.
4.Drain and set to one side.
5.Place the drained John West Grilled Sardines on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
6.Add the peas to the potatoes and 2 teaspoons of mustard and butter. 7.Using a fork gently crush, mixing in the peas.
8.Season with salt and pepper then place in the middle of a plate..
