Pick and Place Robot

Check out this robot demo cell we set up in our shop to stack rigid foam insulation.

The foam panels are automatically picked up and placed by the robot with venturi vacuum bars. This robotic stacker can be programmed to handle multiple widths, lengths, and thicknesses of foam automatically.

Similar systems are available for unstacking and feeding panels.
