By road :
a) Route One via Nainital: You can reach pangot by road from the major cities. You can get a bus from ISBT in Delhi which takes 7 hours and 25 minutes approximately to reach pangot which is 15 km away from the beautiful Nainital.
b)Route two via Haldwani: You can first reach Haldwani by bus / taxi / own conveance, then follow the Kaladungi-Nainital road till a point near hawa mahal (this is the point where route one crosses) then take the beautiful kilbury road on the left.From Haldwani its around 2 hrs 15 min drive (67 km).
By train :
Kathgodam is the nearest railway station to Pangot which is situated 20 kms away from the main city. From Kathgodam you can get a private taxi booked or take a bus to Pangot. In case you are using your own conveyance follow one of the route mentioned in the reach by road section.
By air :
The nearest airport to Pagaot is Pantnagar which is 58 kms away. The distance between the Airport at Pantnagar and Pangot can be covered in approximately 1 hour.
