Adding deceptions to your badminton
Adding deceptions to your badminton game can add a lot of value. It will make your opponent hesitate which might lead to you having the advantage in the rallies.
In this video, we will teach you how to play the drives with a deception. We will go through the technique both on the forehand and the backhand side.
This shot can be used whether you're playing singles, doubles or mixed doubles.
