Prewriting refers to the first stage of writing process where writers focus on generating ideas
The prewriting stage, makes your writing less stressfull and more manageable because in this stage you begin generating ideas on your topic without focusing too much on organization and correctness.
Prewriting also gives you time to figure out exactly what you want to develop and explore in your writing since it allows you to begin creatively explore the scope and potential of your writing.
In this video, I explain three prewriting techniques which commonly used, they are:
- Freewriting
- Listing
- Clustering
