Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our arms with strengthening and sculpting exercises ! We will perform 8 exercises, 20 reps of each for 3 rounds. In this EMOM workout, each minute you will have 20 reps of an exercise to perform and when you finish the 20 reps the rest of the minute will be your rest. In your rest feel free to jog, jump rope, or perform some form of cardio.  This workout I used my 8, 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that challenge you in moves that are as light as a tricep kickback and as heavy as a bent row or tricep overhead extension!
