FIX INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE WIN 10

1. At the blue screen, click Advanced Options
2. Click Troubleshoot
3. Click Advanced options
4.     Click Start-up Settings
5. A list of boot options is displayed
6. Click Restart
7. Upon restarting you'll be taken to the boot options you previously saw in #4
8. Boot into Safe Mode (choose Enable Safe Mode )
9. Once you're back into your desktop through Safe Mode, Reboot your PC and everything should be back to normal
