Tampa Florida Update (Right now!)

This is an updated video for new things that are planning to break ground in Tampa Fl within 2024. Some things have recently been approved and others are planning to break ground right now. We talk about Tawer 2 in Marina Pointe, a luxury condo community in South Tampa Florida, right on the Tampa Bay. We cover the approval of the Ybor harbor plan that will take on a big role connecting downtown Tampa and Ybor City with amenities that will be similar to the Riverwalk. The new YMCA was approved for Tampa Heights and the West Shore Plaza has been approved to be demolished. All of these projects should improve Tampa FL as it is already one of the best Cities to live in the country.
